I used to be able to throw a football with alot of power.. It was efortless and fun. Im a QB and ive been throwing for maybe 3 years now but recently ive changed throwing motions to a more over then side motion to help with muscle aches and stuff but now i find it WAYY more difficult to throw the football and my mechanics are just SUFFERING!! now im throwing more INTS and less TDs which is bad.. I hope im not turning into favre anyway. what is this? how can i help it? will working out help and if so whats reccomended?
