It is not rape considering they want to do it and their not underage.

I live in Missouri, and there you are no longer a minor at 17, so if you sleep with someone who is an adult there is no statutory rape(spelling!) charge. They are both consenting, so I don't think there is any problem. Just use protection for god's sake.

Protected vs/ Unprotected makes no difference. It depends upon the law. If it is like where I live then they should wait until she is 18. Otherwise it could be classified as satuatory rape. Also unprotected sex is stupid. No offense.
