Breakfast 1 bowl of oatmeal, 6 eggs, 2 wheat toasts, 2 slices of bacon, 1 16oz Orange juice & 1 20 oz water. Then for lunch I had 1 12oz cup of french onion soup, a 6 inch club sandwich & 20oz water. Then later for dinner I had a baked potato, chicken breast & 20oz water. I know this is a lot of food but I'm wondering if there is something to take that will not make me so hungry during the day when I'm working & exercising What kind of diet plan would work best for not starving myself but also keeping energy through out the day too ?
