    Can a colour blind person watch a 3d film?

    My bf is colour blind , he can see some colours , but sometimes muddles them up :S i dont quite understand it! I

    Would he be able to watch a 3d film? Especially the new My bloody Valentine 3d

    My friends said when she looked at the screen without the glasses it was just a blurr rather than the normal colour distortion?

    Anybody know? or expereienced this?
    Hehe thanks for your interest and answers so far! Ive been looking on the net and still have no actual answer yet lol! I will have to take him and find out! Then il post a question with the answer!

    After a minor office debate, we have concluded that it would be most fun if it was inverted.

    What an interesting question, no-one had ever thought of that here before, we're all very intrigued to find the answer......

    If you don't wear the 3D glasses, it's going to be a blur. They don't use the old color-dependent method of 3D imaging anymore. Your boyfriend will be able to experience every 3D second of B-movie goodness, don't worry.

    depends what kind of colour blind he is
    there are only 3 types
    yellow and blue
    green and red
    and black and white

    if he has one of those he might not see the 3D film very well

    I would expect so. They simply see colours differently, as opposed to not seeing them at all.

    yeah..he should. No one really uses those square glasses with the red and blue. He should be fine

    of course, why not!But he will not be seeing some of the colors.
