My aunty has a windows mobile phone and i want to transfer a video from her phone to my iMac. when i use the built in bluetooth software thing on iMac i cant find the video in the folder that it is supposed to be in but when i look for it in the phone its there. idk if this wud help but the video name is
MOV-0012. i also tried to transfer the video to the iMac from the phone but i have no idea how to send vids or pics using that phone.
