War on terror is not over but the "Bush style" war on terror is over. That is what the article said. Bush style war on terror was disastrous as seen by the iraq war fiasco where no WMD were found. Time for chnge.

What he means is that it was BS. The real deal is to go out and get rid of terrorist in Afghanistan. He wants to focus the military there where it will count!
