Ok, so whenever I try to text my friend, this stupid error comes up saying "message not delivered, invalid destination". I looked on my message's info and it says, [Status] Message Failed, [Error] Permanent, [Cause] SMS Trm.D. It's been like this for like 6 months no joke. How do I fix this?! Can I fix this without getting a new phone number? Or her changing a setting on her account (she can't access it to fix this problem.) Please help I really want to text her.
I don not have a smart phone. It's an Env3.
