How do I start and stop UDP Flooder automatically (Net Tools 5)?

So I want to lag myself out of games on Xbox Live while I'm at work, however I can't keep hitting the start button to send data to my router to lag myself out. Is there a way that I can keep starting and stopping the flooding toward my router on Net Tools 5's UDP Flooder? Can I set the time to start and time to stop flooding or something? I need some sort of way to keep starting and stopping the program automatically so I can do this while I'm at work... Help?

In other words I want it to start and stop for me automatically at about 15 seconds because I can't keep clicking start over and over agbain.
