Who is kyocera ? I have never seen their phone until today when...?

I was mowing my lawn and found a cell phone. I picked it up and cleaned it up. The phone said "kyocera". I have never heard of the company before. It has a battery that still lights up the phone, but goes dead immediately. Some one probably is looking for this phone ... who do I contact ? I do not even know the who is servicing this device ~!
oh I just found out that they are from Japan. City of Kyoto. They made communication device for company such as Virgin Communication, Sprint, etc. Wow, ??? made in Japan ~!!! Cool !

Its a korean phone company who is coming up in ranks...they are the first company to make a dual screen android phone coming to sprint this april
