how to use .nzb file?

i tried to download a movie which is 700mb on www.nzbhq.com
but what i get is a 200kb .nzb file
anyone know how to use it?

i have also download it but than latter on i know that it doesn't work at all.
it is fake.

they will tell you to download many different players but it wont work at all.
