Yamaha! I've always had yamaha brand atvs while growing up and now my husband and I also own Yamaha.. We have a Grizzly, a Banshee, and a Warrior. I got the warrior as a bday present from my dad in 2003 and have never had a problem with it... same with the other two .. I've never had any problems with them and find them very reliable atvs.
I must say tho that he does own a Kawasaki Ninja.

Me personally i would go with yamaha, but kawasaki's are nice too
