Certainly. Because Arabs are indoctrinated from birth through textbooks, religious leaders, television documentaries, etc. to hate Jews and Israel. Go check out a Lebanese textbook if you disagree. They believe Jews drink the blood of Arab children in their pastries and are part of a vast conspriacy to take over the world and murder every Muslim. They are also taught that the ultimate glory is to die a martyr for Islam, killing as many Jews as possible in the process. Moreso, they have no job or anything remotely productive to do with their time, so shooting at missiles for Israel and blaming the Jews for their problems seems to take care of that gap.
