    sheild push= when in wolf form gathering the second spirits tears (in the western town) in the graveyard there is a white stone get close to it to howl. you will be asked to hear a howl. repeat the howl with the joystick. if done correctly you will see a cut scene with a a white wolf howling as well. he will till you to meet him at the pond close to links house. You cant get it till your in human form and you get epona back. hope this helps. it will also ne on your map where he is (wolfs head)

    heres a list of all the heart containers:

    1) Location: Faron Woods

    Burn through the poisonous fog with your lantern. Enter the cave in the
    Northwestern part of the area, then light the two torches at the end to
    make a Heart Piece appear.

    2) Location: Forest Temple

    After entering the Forest Temple, head Northeast to find a room filled
    with dangerous plant monsters. Among these monstrosities, drop a bomb
    into the largest plant and blow it to smithereens. Once the smoke clears,
    look for an alcove and subsequent treasure chest.

    3) Location: Forest Temple

    Once you've got the Gale Boomerang, head to the far East of Temple. You'll
    find a room where enemies pop up from under the floor tiles. Put out the
    torches with the Gale Boomerang an claim the prize.

    4) Location: Hyrule Field

    See that bridge in the center of Hyrule Field? Head toward its Southern
    Entrance and have a look at the trees around there. One of them has a
    Heart Piece on one of its branches. Knock it down with your Gale Boomerang.

    5) Location: Ordon Village

    After regaining Epona after the Goron Mines, head for the ranch in Ordon
    Village during the day. Call over Epona, then chat with Fado for a little
    odd job. Herd his goats successfully, and he'll give you a just reward.

    6) Location: Hyrule Field

    Head for Kakariko Gorge. Then go to the Eastern end, You should see a
    large rock formation with a Heart Piece on top of it. Snag it with your
    Boomerang.

    7) Location: Goron Mines

    After speaking to Gor Amoto, use the Iron Boots to walk along the ceiling
    of a nearby chamber. Keep walking upside-down until you've reached the
    Northwest end, then open the treasure chest to claim your prize.

    8) Location: Goron Mines

    Head for the second floor and look for a room with the two towers and the
    drawbridge. There's a magnetic track along one of the walls. Follow the
    track South on your Iron Boots, then check the treasure chest on the
    platform at the end.

    9) Location: Kakariko Village

    After completing the Goron Mines, talk to the Goron towards the Northern
    end of town. After climbing up the tower, you'll find a young fellow that
    wants to see your bow and arrow skills. Complete the challenge to get a
    Heart Piece.

    10) Location: Kakariko Village

    Head for the Spirit Spring in the Southern end of the village, then look
    look for a massive boulder somewhere around the area to the West. Bomb
    the boulder to reveal a cave, then get into the pool of water inside.
    Use the Iron Boots to sink to the bottom and find the treasure chest.

    11) Location: Kakariko Village

    Go the same location as Heart Piece #10, then look up. There should be a
    big pile of rocks resting on the ledge above. Use a Bomb Arrow to take care
    of the rocks, then use your Boomerang to get the prize.

    12) Location: Hyrule Field

    Exit Kakariko Village and head North. You'll find a block on the Western
    side of the path. If you bomb it, it'll grant you access to another trail.
    Use a bomb arrow on the rock, climb the corresponding vine, then go North
    a bit more to get a Piece.

    13) Location: Lakebed Temple

    Once you've kicked the Giant Frog's ass and obtained the Clawshot, return
    to the circular room in the Temple's center. Get onto the second floor,
    then use the Clawshot to reach the gigantic chandelier in the center. You
    ought to know what to do once you see that treasure chest.

    14) Location: Lakebed Temple

    Once you've gotten the water to flow West through the Temples main chamber,
    go as far West on the first floor as you can possibly go. Inside the
    Westernmost room, cross the bridge, stand on the switch, and grapple to the
    nearby wall. Open the treasure chest.

    15) Location: Lake Hylia

    There's a room in the back of Lanaryu's Spirit Spring. Reach it by using
    the Clawshot on the nearby ivy. Once inside, you'll find two torches that
    can be lit with your lantern. Light'em up, then claim your prize.

    16) Location: Lantern Cavern #2

    Head to the Windstone at Lake Hylia. Head South, then look for a rock
    blocking the entrance to a cave. Bomb the rock, head inside, and use
    your lantern to traverse the darkened cave. Light the two torches at the
    end to get your Piece.

    17) Location: Bridge of Eldin

    Head to the Bridge of Eldin, then look North. There should be a cliff to
    the West with a ledge that you can grapple to. Once on top of the ledge,
    head Southwest to find a cave. Once inside, leap over the ledges, then
    equip your Iron Boots to stick to a nearby wall. Third time's the charm.

    18) Location: Gerudo Desert

    Head Northwest of the camp. You'll find a large boar that's being roasted
    over a spit. Use the Spin Attack to take out the flames, then use your
    sword to do a little impromptu dissection. Dig the Heart Piece of the
    carcass.

    19) Location: Arbiter's Grounds

    In the central chamber at the Arbiter's Grounds, head for the Northwest
    Corner. Use the Clawshot to get over the patch of quicksand, and open
    The treasure chest on the other side to get your Piece.

    20) Location: Arbiter's Grounds

    After obtaining the Spinner, head for the chamber in the Northeast corner
    on the basement level. Use the Spinner on the track on the wall and ride
    to the treasure chest.

    21. Location: Fishing Hole

    Head for the Lanaryu Province and look for a fishing hole in the Northwest.
    Once there, talk to Hena in the Southwestern hut to rent a canoe and a
    fishing reel. Paddle out to the middle of the fishing hole, then use
    the fishing reel to snag the Heart Piece on top the nearby rock formation.

    22) Location: Snowpeak Ruins

    Head for the second floor of the foyer, then use your ball-and-chain to
    hit the chandelier and make it start to swing. Hop onto the chandelier,
    then repeat the process with the next two chandeliers to the South. Cross
    safely to reach the treasure chest on the South ledge.

    23) Location: Snowpeak Ruins

    Get onto the second level and head for the Southeast corner. Look for
    Cracks on the floor, then use bombs or the ball-and-chain to take out
    the floorboards and create a hole. Drop down to find a treasure chest.

    24) Location: Temple of Time

    After nabbing the Dominion Rod, you'll head back to the Temple's main
    Door. In a room on the fifth floor, you'll find that it has sliding walls
    and an electric barrier. Using the Dominion Rod, guide a statue over to a
    nearby switch and allow you access to the Heart Piece.

    25) Location: Temple of Time

    After getting the Dominion Rod, you'll head back to the Temple's main
    Door. In the fifth floor's Southern room, use the Dominion Rod to guide
    two statues along separate paths and onto corresponding switches. Once
    both switches have been activated, open the treasure chest.

    26) Location: Temple of Time

    Head for the Temple of Time's main room. Use the Dominion Rod to move a
    statue out of a wall on the Southwest corner. Enter the hidden passage
    to claim your prize.

    27) Location: Location: City in the Sky

    Defeat the giant plant on the East Wing's first floor, then grapple up
    to the second floor. Head counterclockwise around the room along the
    path. Grab onto the nearby ledge, shimmy across the gap, and claim the
    prize.

    28) Location: City in the Sky

    Head for the third floor of the East Wing, then enter the chamber with
    the flying plants. Go out via the Northwest exit of the chamber, then
    grapple from plant to plant until you reach a balcony to the South. Go
    through the door, get a Piece.

    29) Location: Palace of Twilight

    Once you've gotten the Light Sword, head for the East Wing of the Palace.
    Once inside the Southeast room, head for the Eastern wall and use the
    sword to slice through the fog. Grapple to gain the prize.

    30) Location: Palace of the Twilight

    After you've gotten the Light Sword, head for the West wing. In the first
    room, cut through the fog to make a platform appear. Let the platform carry
    you to an alcove on the West wall and its treasure chest.

    31) Location: Lanaryu Province

    Head to the far east of the Province, and look for a path being blocked by
    boulders. After blowing the blocks away, use the Spinner to follow a track
    along the walls to get to a ledge and its treasure chest.

    32) Location: Eldin Province

    Once inside the Province, head North. Look for a bridge that covers the
    nearby gulch, then use the Spinner on the track on the Northern wall.
    After reaching the ledge, dig into a cave, kill the three skeletons, and
    open the treasure chest that appears.

    33) Location: Death Mountain

    Walk along the Death Mountain trail between Kakariko Village and the Goron
    Encampment. Talk to the Goron there, get a boost from him, and grab onto
    the Eastern ledge. Head North, then drop into a cave to the East, and
    find the treasure chest nearby.

    34) Location: Bridge of Eldin

    After retrieving the middle of the Bridge, use the Dominion Rod to guide
    a statue from the North end of the Bridge to the South end. Drop it into
    the alcove to the East, then use it as a makeshift platform to reach the
    ladder. Start climbing.

    35) Location: Lake Hylia

    Talk to Plumm on the West side of the Lake. She'll have you participate
    in a balloon-popping mini-game. Score 10,000 points for a Heart Piece.

    36) Location: Lake Hylia

    Use Fyer's normal flight to reach Falbi's Flight-By-Fowl challenge. Grab
    a Cucco by its legs and try to reach the floating platforms to the
    Southwest. The top platform has a Heart Piece.

    37) Location: Ordon Woods

    Go to Coro's shack, then head North. Blast the giant boulder, then head
    further North to a statue. Use the Dominion Rod to guide it to a nearby
    hole, then morph into a wolf and have Midna assist you getting on top
    of the statue. Follow the path to the prize.

    38) Location: Kakariko Village

    Donate 1,000 Rupees to Malo's shop to rebuild the bridge to Castle Town,
    Then talk to the Elder outside the shop. He'll challenge you to bring
    Springwater to the Goron. Complete the challenge for the prize.

    39) Location: Hidden Village

    Head for the Northeast corner of the Eldin Province to find a cave.
    Traverse the cave to find the hidden village, then speak to the Cucco
    Leader on the West side of town. Accept its challenge to speak to 20
    cats win the prize.

    40) Location: Castle Town

    Head for the Eastern road in town and look for a man wearing a green robe.
    He'll accept your Rupee donations in bundles of 30 or 50 at a time. Once
    you've given him 1,000, he'll hand over a Heart Piece.

    41) Location: Lantern Cavern #1

    Head for Kakariko Gorge and look for a massive boulder to the Southwest.
    Bomb it, then enter the cavern. Light the two torches in the Northwest
    corner to claim your prize.

    42) Location: Sacred Grove

    Head East from the temple grounds and return to a place where you've
    fought the Skull Kid. Blow up a boulder in the center of the area,
    then dig to reach a cave. Kill all the deadly plants to claim the
    prize.

    43) Location: Snowpeak

    After you've acquired the second Mirror Shard, return to the top of
    Snowpeak and the place where you first met Yeto. Challenge him to
    Some yeti-style snowboarding action. Once you've beaten both him
    And his wife, you'll get a Piece.

    44) Location: Hyrule Field

    Get the Double Clawshots (dual-wielding in a Zelda game? Go figure.)
    And head for Kakariko Gorge. Head to the Southeastern part and look
    for a rock formation with a grappling point in its center. Grapple from
    that point to reach another point on the South cliff, then to the vines
    on the smaller rock formation. Climb for the prize.

    45) Location: Hyrule Field

    Head North from Hyrule Castle. Take the rocky Northern path until you
    reach an clearing with a large boulder blocking a cave. Destroy the boulder
    and get rid of the ice with your ball-and-chain. Figure out the three
    block-pushing puzzles to find your Heart Piece.
