I did. Fucking can't find a Wii anywhere. Oh well, Zelda is the only title on the Wii I really want to play for the time being.

GameSpot said it best when they said "The Gamecube version is fine... But if you have the means to get the Wii version and you still get the Gamecube version, then you are a fool".

Not being able to find a Wii != Not having the means to buy one.

If you have $300 in your pocket, then get your ass to a store and wait in line for a Wii + Zelda. They are out there, many places still stock them. Just keep looking... It's WELL worth it. The Wii version's controls kick ass!
