    Ps3 playing dvd rips...

Quick question, I just ripped Beerfest using handbrake(h264/Xvid/AAC/2pass.encoding), but the ps3 says it's an unsupported file. What are you guys using to rip dvd's?

I'd try using a different brand DVD-R/+R, whatever the case may be. Though my 360 has played every brand disc I've burned so far.

I haven't tried burning it to a dvd, but it's mpeg-4 file transferred over from an external harddrive.
