    New to GSM need advice

    Hi there,

Im new to GSM ...or am going to be new ...switching in a couple of days...

Im a little overwhelmed by the choice of GSM phones compared to CDMA...

So maybe you can help narrow down my choices....

Here is what im looking for besides obviously great reception and sound quality ...those are the most important factors...

    1-quad band
2-pda type phone ...not for messaging more for agenda purposes...
    3-touch screen (if possible)
4-qwerty keyboard and if possible and secondary number pad outside...
    5-wi-fi

    is this asking too much?

    thx

You really should pick a carrier before you decide on a phone. You need to make sure you have service. If not, all you have is an expensive paperweight.

That makes a difference then. Better make sure they will allow unlocked, non-FIDO branded phones on their network.
