Hi all

Have downloaded an mp3 online. When I use a file explorer app, I can see the file in the music folder on the sd card alongside the other mp3s that my phone came pre installed with, however when I try to play the file via the music player / use it as a ringtone it doesn't show up.

Have tried with a few files now, and am not sure what I'm doing wrong!

Please help.
