I tuned in to Cupcake Wars. Watched a couple women who I would be afraid to
cconfront in a dark alley making cupcakes. But at least people actually
make cupcakes while I doubt anyone will make sea urchin and sweetbreads for
dinner. FoodTV is the worst. And now that Alton Brown has had his hours
cut back I simply never watch it anymore.

MythTV is a hobbiest/freeware competitor for the Tivo. It runs with no
monthly charge. In exchange you need to be a computer hobbiest. I make
my living in computers so I could handle all that. I'd rather pay the
$25 for the monthly subscription for our 2 Tivos (huh, $25 actually
costs $25 for them. What happened to the taxes andother surcharges?)

It uses a card in the PC. No idea if that requires a subscription from
    the cable company. Probably.

But you didn't answer my question. Fox is a private enterprise (which
according to what I can find doesn't employ Limbaugh) and as far as I
know has no line item in the Federal budget as did PBS. So since we are
funding PBS why shouldn't we include a line item for Limbagh?

Please let us know how it goes. I've wanted to at least go to St.

I realize this - and have very much enjoyed the shows I've seen - but
using Froot Loops as part of a dessert - I don't think so. What top
(reputable, non-sponsored by the manufacturers) restaurant chef on the
planet would use Froot Loops as an ingredient in a dessert, may I humbly
    ask?
