All carefully arranged in between a toasted jumbo English muffin
floor/roof, and finished off with a heck of a lot of fat-free (why do I
even bother?) ice cold milk

You do eat the strangest things for breakfast! In about an hour I'll be
making a pot of yellow grits. Maybe an egg over medium and a couple of link
breakfast sausages. I might even brew a pot of coffee. I don't drink
coffee every day but when I do I like it strong and black.
