I put a reasonable amount of raspberries in a fine sieve, then use a
pestle to patiently press all the juice through the sieve, leaving
just the seeds. It's a bit tedious, but I only do it when I'm making a
raspberry coulis, which only calls for a reliatively small amount of
raspberries - 2 cups, say.
