Well last few days Apple and Android both facing use on Location-Tracking lawsuit and their are news that Verizon will include Location-Tracking Warning Sticker On all Verizon Devices. It will be good too see they coming with such way so people always aware about it.

don't you need to enable this first? i seem to remember being asked to the first time i ran latitude?
surely if they wanna avoid being sued these should be off by default & then pop-up disclaimer when it's opened the first time.
