...during these 2 days..PLZ HELP!!!!? I have been eating 700 calories for 2 days and drinking 2 litres of water per day and exercising for 30 minutes on the cross trainer....when I weigh myself I haven't lost anything...today I weighed myself and I actually gained 0.4g!!! I dunno why...but I still didn't poop during these two days....is that why i'm not losing weight, cause all of the food is still in my body? PLZ HELP
