Why does the Bible define itself as "allegory" in both covenants" in Galatians 4?

    Galatians 4 (paraphrased):
Abraham had two sons by two mothers,
which (law/grace) things are an allegory

It doesn't. You are the only one that views everything as an allegory.

    Paraphrased for sure!

"Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. His son by the slave woman was born the ordinary way: but his son by the free woman was born as a result of a promise.".

I fail to see the allegory..

That is why the Bible should not be paraphrased, the root meaning is lost or twisted.

The Bible does not define itself as allegory as you suppose.
