    Palm TX problems

    Hi gang,
I got a free Palm TX from my dad. It has been laying in his office for a couple of years. The software he needed to use was never properly finalised, so he never actually used it.
Trouble is the battery says it is 100% while it is actually 0% full. It works on the charger but every time I try to active the WiFi it simple does a soft reset. Are there software based battery tools that can revitalise this battery. At least so that it knows it is not full.

Go into profs and turn off the on while charging in the power settings. Now plug in the charging cord and hit the reset button. leave set for 3 to 4 hours. This might reset the charging circuit that is on the battery. If this fails you can purchase a battery for it on the web. There is how to take apart videos for your model. If you are not able to sauder on a circuit board there are still a couple of people who do repair work. I would search at rabroad forums for more info.
