Science is open to the possibility that it could be wrong often times and that it will often have to adjust it's theories when new knowledge comes through. The scientific method admits ignorance, and seeks the truth apart from subjective human ideologies and feelings. This is a great strength. It doesn't just hold onto one set of beliefs and pretends that it's always the absolute truth, which is the great weakness of religion, especially Christianity.

If you cannot understand why the dynamics of science make its strength, then you are a fool.
