What did she mean by that? Was that an insult, and if so what should I do to retaliate?

She was saying you are really fat. But all of this sounds familiar to me... something about Austin Powers... and a Fat Bastard... well whatever.

Don't retaliate. Just take what she says and reflect it back at her. For example, with the insult she gave you, you can simply ask, "Do you enjoy making fun of me?" Or something similar. If she tries to twist an answer just so she doesn't look bad, don't let her. Just don't react negatively to insults, otherwise, the insulter wins.

Rather than argue, find out why she said things that she said to you, the resolve it. You will be the mature one in the end, and she'll only look like a fool looking for trouble.
