It makes me laugh from a personal experience...
But I don't really like the name, to me it sounds too professional. I would never ever use it unless if the person was bald with big black sunglasses 50 years old, a tux, selling Ferrari's. xD

I personally would never name my child Phillip/Philip i think the name is a bit old fashion for my liking. But i will say my dad's name is Philip so i guess its alright
