What time for a pre-teen to go sleep at on a weekend?

(and wake up if possible) And is there a way you can wake up earlier and go to sleep easily

on Friday or Saturday (days without school following) i don't think it really matters their bed time if they don't need to get up the next day but if you were going to set on i would say 11. if they do need to get up the next day i would say no later than 10:30.

If you are like 11 or 12, you should be trying to fall asleep in your bed by 9:00-10:00.

I'm 14, and I go up to my bed at around 10:30 p.m. I'm never tired the next day, and I never wanna sleep in.

And for waking up, why does it matter, its the weekend...

i'd say 10-11 on weekends and get up around 8-9. Read before you go to bed and set an alarm to get up.
