If I buy Pet Store crickets can I...?

...cook them and eat them? I once at some Salt and Vinegar Crickets and they were great, but a bit expensive for my budget. Can i go to the Pet Store and pick me up some crickets can I eat them without dying a horrible diseased death caused by them?

    No.

Many people just go through their backyard to find bugs to eat. Crickets kept in stores are fed rotting food, which means bacteria spreads very easily.
