I need help finding a phone with the following specs:

-GSM
-ATT or factory unlocked; not looking for a T-Mobile phone that has been unlocked
-Wifi
-3.5mm headphone jack
-Some type of keyboard whether it be numeric or qwerty
-Not necessarily touchscreen, but it could be
-Not an Apple or RIM product
