No way. It's not out of respect, it's that nobody will be able to repeat a performance like that. You can't follow up an amazing performance like that very easily, especially when you hear about all the practice and preparation that went into it. I would almost certainly be disappointed with anyone else's attempt to duplicate it.

I agree with a lot of your nitpicking, but that extraction method really does exist lol. The plane would be going fast enough to stay in the air, but not fast enough to cause physical damage. There is a video floating somewhere on the vast internets of it being done.
