Ohh.. I am also a Vodafone
customer. But I only use GPRS
    in my phone.
    So, I have
    some-some knowledge about
    your questions.

    Check:

If your call settings has Call
Line 2 activated, turn it to
    Line 1.

    Refresh your account by
    going to your phone/network
    settings (choose mannal
    network).

    Goto Vodafone
    Services>International
    Roaming> select 'Vodafone
    IN' >Press OK.

Take out your SIM from your
    phone for 5-6 Hours..
    .

    If still don't works, then
    insert your SIM on other
    handset. If it works,it means
    your handset Nokia C3-01
    have some problem.

    If not, then goto your
    nearest Vodafone service
    centre or complain Vodafone
    to
    http://
    www.complaintboards.com
    .

    Hope it will solve your
    problem bro:-)
