I am looking up my brothers court case online and "PRAECIPE WITNESS SUBPOENA ISSUED 8" was just added,. what does this mean? he has a dealing in stolen property charge in florida.
is this issuing a subpeona for my brother to testify against someone else or for someone who is testifying against him?
