I've had band camp for the past week and I've gotten pretty bad blisters on my toes from back marching so much. I think it's my shoes that are causing it since they're pretty old and starting to get worn out on the inside and are a little loose. They've poped now. I've been putting band aides on them since the day they started and they got worse as the week went on with 6 hour practices all week with barely any breaks. But I've still marched with them.

Should I take the band aides off now that they've poped or should I leave them on them so the skin over the blisters doesn't get torn off?
