This was an odd episode, but it did have some great moments:

Homer nonchalantly saying "anyway, I was strangling him"

I'm not sure what to think about the episode. It was wrong that Homer kept tickling Bart. But it was wrong that Bart took full advantage of Homer after the treatment.

I did like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's appearance though.
