    exercise and babies can they mix?

    my husband and i recently began to try to get pregnant. i was wondering if its safe to do those insanity workouts...i havent gotten a result yet. but would it harm my chances of getting pregnant?

    No it's not safe but try another form of exercise like swimming or walking

    Usually if a woman starts doing strenuous workouts they stop getting their periods so it might affect your chances.
    And if you are trying to get pregnant and you end up getting pregnant.. doing that type of exercise can also cause a miscarriage. So you might want to re-think things over.
