Hines Ward, Deion Branch, Devin Hester,and Eddie Royal. Which one is the best to pick up for fantasy football?

I need a wide receiver very badly and I need to make some decisions that id like some help with. First of all the wide reciever issue. Then, should I play Pierre Thomas, Benjarvus Green-Ellis, or C.J. Spiller for runningback?? I have 4 quarterbacks (picked them up last round or through free agency) so who should I drop? Josh Freeman, Eli Manning, Donovan McNabb, or Mark Sanchez? Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance, 5 stars for best answer.

Drop the USC reject Sanchez, Play Green Ellis, I can narrow it down to Branch or Ward! I give the nod to Ward. He usually plays well against the Ravens!
