Nationwide coverage with flashed phones?

Hi been a cricket customer for 4 yrs, ive just spent my whole work day searching for an answer, now im looking for some input. Since cricket now has nationwide coverage i was thinking of getting one for my niece she in a non-market city in sacramento, all i want is to flash a phone (the one she likes bcus she doesnt like the cricket phones) and used it with talk and text (no full flash). Will it work with the nationwide coverage? Thanks

You could get her a MetroPCS phone as that is a native carrier in Sacramento that is similar to Cricket. She will then have all the features.

She travel back and forth and like a good uncle ima be making the payments monthly. Cool now that i know it could work, its a verizon lg 10000 i had it activated before it was flashed, then i programmed the mdn & min along with the SID and did Over The Air programming and it downloaded the Prl, it works here in Fresno will does anyone know if the nationwide coverage will work? it did download the latest prl, Ownmart said i need the nationwide prl?

If she has a current plan, than the prl that downloaded when you OTA'd the phone should be nationwide.
