prl for new york?11213

npt sure if i should post in prl thread .. i have tried all sorts of prl files on a droid in 11213 new york- i flashed a droid for a guy frsh back from iraq and his phone wont catch a signal- it should get atleast talk and text however no prl will allow either call or text- ive tried prl 4012 41012 and 6399 to name a few- any one have experience with using phone in new york if so what prl have u had success with? ill keep looken and trying more and more in the meantime-thx

My wife just spent the past three days in NYC, 10018, although the first call to crickets *611 said that a flashed phone would have talk and text. When she got there she could only make roaming collect calls until I called a cricket corp store and put up a fuss they added 90 minutes of roaming to cover her. The PRL on the phone is 32000. With a native Utah cricket MDN.
Crickets corp store stated to me that in that area a tri-band phone is required although it is advertised as being covered with the national talk and text coverage. As the rep said it was imput like mine that helps them update their coverage maps. If you want to try the 32000 PM me and I'll post it here.
