Packed cell volume is the amount of red blood cells in whole blood. I'm assuming that packed means centrifuged? If that is the case then the content
of hemoglobin will not change because it is merely "changing position" from being scattered throughout the sample to packed and the bottom of the
sample... The amount doesn't change just because it has been repositioned.
Nevermind, scratch that I found out that it WOULD actually change. The amount will be doubled by the effect.
