So many things about Twilight are awful and cringeworthy, but somewhere along the way J/B went and stole my heart. They were so simple but so complicated all at once. With Jacob, the real Bella came out. She had attitude, stood up for herself. He brought out her fire. And with him she could just be a normal teenage girl and have fun. She came alive around him. She was happy with him, she smiled with him. And in the end she couldn't stop herself from falling in love with him. She imagined a future and the children they would have, the life they could make together. He loved her so much that he willingly let her go, even though it broke his heart in two. There was just something so pure and touching about them and I know in my heart they were the ones who deserved the happy ending even though they didn't get it.

They BETTER have the dance scene. To be honest, the Jacob P.O.V in the novel is actually quite good. It's really funny, but really heartbreaking at the same time. If SM just left it like that instead of insinuating that it was the way it was because of Nessie - it'd be fine, but ...yeah no. Instead we got the crapfest of BD that the majority of fans, even EBers, ultimately ignore.
