I can give my dog about 2 hours of exercise a day.

But I don't want a overly aggressive dog.
I would like a dog that has medium to short hair.
I live in Texas so I don't want a dog that will die if we go outside.
I don't want a dog that sheds alot.
I want to compete in flyball, obedience and possibly shutzhund.
I want a really affectionate dog.
I want a playful dog.
I want a dog that will be about 45-100lbs.
I don't want a lab or a golden retriever.
Can anyone name a few breeds that would be good for me?
