I'm someone who really despises exercise. It feels like forced work and not enjoyable or any fun at all. But I want to lose 25 pounds. I made an excel spreadsheet and it seems really lame, but it might be the only way I'll exercise.

This is what I have so far:
Monday--1/hr track or park (I hate the track because it's repetitive)
Tuesday--Spring Lake (the only exercise I like)
Wednesday: 20 minutes on the elliptical (not fun)
Thursday: Spring Lake
Friday: Yoga (boring)

It seems like the only think I enjoy is Spring Lake, and that's because it's full of nature and animals and I enjoy the outdoors and change of scenery

What should I do? I don't want to set myself up to fail because then I'll feel crummy about myself.
I'm also trying to make changes in my eating habits and planning on trying diet pills for the first time.

I feel so lost, can anybody help?
