I am looking to buy a used Honda Civic but don't have too much money to spend on it as i am in high school at the moment. The absolute most i would probably be looking to buy for would be $5000 or less. Which year or model gets the most gas mileage from 1995-2004? Also, honda civics are usually reliable correct?
