My monthly bills are never over the ?20 monthly fee, I never go over my minutes as I have 1900 per month - thats a lot of talking & I probably dont even use half of them!

Well, my currently bill has come through at ?223!! I phoned them straight away & asked for the bill to be sorted out correctly, but they insist I have gone over my minutes - having had 42 hours on the phone!!!! If only I had the time to talk for that long, looking after my 2 children under 3 years old all day!

Basically, they are just saying Ive made the calls - Im saying I definately, without a shadow of a doubt, havent! I know how easy it could be to go over your minutes if its quite tight, but I have loads left every month & use my phone the same daily.

All the calls are numbers I would usually call, but I feel their computer has gone mad & duplicated loads of them!

They wont have it, the bill stands!

What would you do, simply leave them for another provider? This is the only problem Ive ever had with them in over 10 years of being with them!
