i work at a donut shop. we make sandwiches, coffee, and donuts. i've worked at a bagel for a couple of months, and the way they tax things there is different from the donut shop at work at right now. ok, at the bagel shop whenever we make sandwiches, or a customer dines in, you have to tax. when they take it to go, there is no tax. at the donut shop, the boss there wants us to tax EVERYONE! water, soda's and donuts are taxed everytime a customer buys something and takes it to go or have it there. i told the boss there and they says that they are supposed to tax everyone, it's california. is that right?>please help!
