This is how my website I created works.

www.mywebsite.com/index.html
www.mywebsite.com/about/about.html

When I type in www.mywebsite.com/ it redirects me to www.mywebsite.com/index.html

How do I make it so if I type in www.mywebsite.com/ online, it doesn't show the "index.html" part?

I'm a newbie to web design, can anyone help?
