me and my friend were gonna try out for our 9th grade cheer team next year. the thing is. im not very flexible. and my jumps arent that great. i was gonna try to talk my mom into lettin me take gymnastics/tumbling to help with that kinda stuff and be more prepared. i use to take gymnastics so i can do all the basic stuff. i was just wonderin what to expect and how to help become more flexible and how to get my jumps better? thanks.
