There is no real way to check how was an iPhone unlocked. But software unlock are temporary unlocking methods. A software unlocked iPhone would get re locked to its previous network provider after an iOS update. Remote unlocking service is a permanent unlocking method. You can get the remote unlocking service for an iPhone from TheUnlockSpot.com this method of unlocking an iPhone is safe, simple, affordable, quick and permanent. It doesn't require a jailbreak too. Good luck.
