This doesn't happen to every site.

On those pages in places of quotation marks(smart or not I don't know), dashes, and apostrophes are black diamonds with question marks in them.

I already tried changing them to all different kinds of encodings, and it just made them into different odd symbols. Like the tall box with numbers in them, or the upside down question mark and the i with two dots above it. None of the char encodings worked.

And the sites say they are UTF-8, and that is what I have it all set to, but that is when it shows the black diamond question marks. I tried changing it to ISO-8859-1 and that made them into this ?? 1/2 *I don't know if you will see what I just pasted* It's the upside down question mark, 1/2 symbol, and the 'i' with two dots above it. I have tried changing my default character encoding, and my language to en instead of en-us. I'm at a frustrated loss as to what caused this.

Both Firefox 7, and Google Chrome have this problem on the same pages.

If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks for hearing me out. Have a great week.
